Apartment development

Project scope

The development will consist of modifications to planning permission granted under Ref. D22A/0527. Modifications will include an additional floor to the permitted 3-storey, 16 no. unit apartment building, providing 7 no. additional units consisting of 3 no. 1-bed apartments and 4 no. 2-bed apartments with associated balconies. The modified apartment building will be 4-storeys in height and provide a total of 23 no. units. Modifications also include a single storey external store to the rear of the apartment building and all associated adjustments to the elevations.
