Project scope

The development will consist/consists of the refurbishment of the existing two storey split level dwelling, including alterations to all existing elevations to include the reconfiguration of windows and doors, new external insulation, creation of a new inset courtyard at first floor level, replacement of roof finishes including roof lights and solar panels, modification of roof levels to the rear, replacement of rear stair, reconfiguration of internal layouts including the conversion of the existing garage to residential use and subdivision of the existing house to include a separate smaller dwelling, widening of the existing vehicular entrance along with associated landscaping, site services and site works.
