The development will consist of: to the main house roof; the replacement of non-original fibre cement tiles with slate, original ridge tiles to be salvaged and reused, chimneys to be repaired, chimney pots restored. To the front roof; the replacement of the three velux roof lights with a singular flush conservation roof light. To the rear attic roof; the addition of a dormer window. To the annex and garage; the installation of solar panels, and all ancillary site works.
