Project scope

for proposed external and internal modifications/upgrade works including demolition of existing sliding entrance door on the east elevation and its relocation to the north elevation; demolition of existing window glazing and stall riser on the north elevation with new window glazing and stall riser and high level window to the east elevation; replacement of glazing with new walls on the west elevation; internal layout modifications including to the kitchen and dining area and all associated works to facilitate these modifications; landscaping including works to the external patio area and relocation of outdoor furniture/seating area; relined car park and new road markings; and all associated site works necessary to facilitate the development
