for provision of new detached manufacturing facility including manufacturing and storage areas at ground floor, with office space, laboratory, reception, meeting room, canteen, staff welfare facilities and circulation areas over 2 stories, associated site works which includes a new carparking area on the existing site with external lighting and EV carparking spaces, concrete yard, bicycle shelter, alterations to site boundaries, boundary treatments, sewerage treatment unit with percolation area, signage, external plant areas and all ancillary works
