for 1) Change of use of disused single storey shop unit area for habitable use to include floor plan and elevation alterations (2) internal and elevation alteration to existing single storey dwelling (3) partial demolition of single storey bathroom and reconstruction of single storey bathroom to rear of building (4) demolitions of structurally unstable walls and reconstruction (4) Removal of existing septic tank and soak pit and placement of sewerage treatment unit and percolation area , (3) all ancillary site works
