for proposed external and internal modifications/upgrade works including relocation of the sliding entrance door and glazing from the east elevation to the north elevation, with new window glazing and stall riser and high level window to the east elevation; replacement of glazing with new walls on the west elevation; internal layout modifications including to the kitchen and dining area and all associated works to facilitate these modifications; landscaping including works to the external patio area and relocation of outdoor furniture/seating area; relined car park and new road markings; and all associated site works
