for change of use of the existing boiler house ‘Block K’ to a specialist training facility, incorporating general purpose classrooms, technology & engineering rooms, motor workshop, ancillary support spaces and all associated site works at the CMETB FET Campus on the Dublin Road, Cavan. Co. Cavan. Proposed works include; i) Repurposing and reconfiguring of existing boiler house to specialist training facility ii) Revised openings and elevational changes iii) Internal & External demolition works iv) provision of new first and second floors v) new passenger lift and stairs vi) covered outdoor construction space vii) All associated site works
