Project scope

for Alterations and extensions to an existing dwelling and site including: (i) replacement and relocation of entrance gates and boundary treatments; (ii) site regrading, retaining walls, demolition of one of the existing non-habitable outbuildings; (iii) external and internal alterations to the existing dwelling including attic conversion, replacement of windows and doors, roof alterations and associated facade improvements; and (iv) alterations to an existing garage/outbuilding including facade alterations, entrance modifications and provision of a terrace, together with all associated site development works
