for (an unfinished residential estate previously permitted under permission reg red 051990) the demolition of 3 no. partially constructed structures; the completion of a partially constructed 1 no. two-storey, 3-bed detached house; the construction of 12 no. semidetached houses, including 8 no. single-storey, 3-bed semi-detached houses, and 4 no. single-storey, 2-bed semi-detached houses, all with associated car parking (resulting in a total of 24 no. houses within Mulberry Manor); continuation and completion of the existing internal roads and footpaths; landscaping; boundary treatments; public lighting; temporary on-site wastewater pre-treatment system; and all associated site development and engineering works necessary to facilitate the development
