Project scope

for 1. The redevelopment of existing part two-storey, part dormer dwelling house to include internal alterations, demolition of existing balcony, revisions to elevations comprising amendments to location and dimensions of window and door openings, revised external wall finishes and revised roof profiles; 2. Construction of a single storey domestic garage; 3. Replacement of existing septic tank and soakaway with a proprietary wastewater treatment system and purpose built percolation area and 4. Construction of entrance walls and piers together with all ancillary site development works
