Project scope

for mixed-use development currently consisting of public house on ground floor with residential accommodation on ground, first and second floor. The development will consist of the following (a) demolish existing single storey extensions over basement to rear of Public House incorporating part commercial/residential accommodation. (b) provide two storey flat roof extension over basement incorporating lounge area, kitchen, toilets, stairwell to basement and circulation on ground floor and 1 no. 3 bedroom apartment on first floor (b) Raise existing roof level of existing public house and provide 1 no. 3 bed apartment over first and second floor together with flat roof extension and dormer windows to second floor (c) construct new raised patio to rear(d) alterations to plans/elevations and associated site works
