Project scope

to (a) construct single storey extension to side of existing dwelling incorporating 1 No. Bedroom & w.c (b) demolish existing single story extensions to rear and construct new single storey extension to rear of existing dwelling incorporating kitchen/living/dining area together with alterations to plans/elevations of existing dwelling (c) decommission existing septic tank and install new waste water treatment system and percolation area together with the retention and completion of the existing site entrance and associated site works
