Project scope

for : (1) to carry out alterations to the existing dwelling to provide an extension to the front and rear of the dwelling at ground floor level, and to provide an extension to the side of the dwelling at first floor level with associated alterations to existing floor plans and elevations, (2) demolition of the existing conservatory, covered patio to the front of the house, and of existing roof structures where the proposed first floor extension is to be constructed, connection to existing services, and all associated site works
