Project scope

for (a) demolition of part of first floor of existing building and construct two storey pitched roof extension incorporating plant room on ground floor and 2 no. 2 bedroom apartments on first floor over existing ground floor of building known as ‘The Woodford Arms’ (b) the formation of a new second floor within existing double height space first floor function room with change of use from function room to residential to create 2 no. 2 bed apartments over first and second floor with new windows and rooflights (c) construct new external stairs, communal terrace and balcony (d) alterations to plans/elevations (e) provide car parking and associated site work
