Project scope

for 1. Demolition of existing single storey domestic garage, 2. Redevelopment of existing single storey dwelling house to include increase in ridge height of roof to provide living accommodation on first floor level, 3. Construction of single storey extensions to the side and rear of the dwelling house with associated elevational changes, 4. Replacement of existing septic tank and soakaway with a wastewater treatment system and raised mound percolation area and 5. Construction of a single storey domestic garage together with all ancillary site development works
