Residential extension and alterations

Project scope

to construct an extension to the northeast of the existing clubhouse, which will consist of a community recreational area, match viewing area, storage, stage to main hall and back stage area on the ground floor. The first floor will consist of a storage area. Permission is sought for 2 no. bike stands to be located to the southeast of the existing building. Permission is sought for a 740m x 3m wide walking path with 28 no. walking lights along the perimeter of the site. Permission is also sought to upgrade the existing agricultural entrance to accommodate an entrance for recreational use, with 20 no. car parking spaces and all associated site works
