Project scope

(a Protected Structure, RPS No. 164 & NIAH Ref: 15009181) proposed development which will consist of the change of use of the existing lower ground floor apartment from residential use to a commercial kitchen and associated food preparation areas ancillary to the existing restaurant; the removal of the existing external steel escape staircase; the construction of an extension incorporating a new protected internal staircase linking the lower ground floor commercial kitchen with the ground floor restaurant; internal alterations and refurbishment to the existing ground floor and existing first floor; together with all associated internal alterations, elevational modifications and ancillary site development works
