Project scope

revisions to previously granted Planning Permission Ref. 24/60402 at The Village Inn, Tyrrellspass, Co. Westmeath, N91 XD39 (a Protected Structure, RPS No.: 039-027 & NIAH Ref.: 15322038). The proposed development will consist of the refurbishment, extension and reconfiguration of an existing hotel, bar and restaurant building, including all associated internal and external alterations and site development works. Works include the construction of a new single-storey kitchen extension to the rear of the building; internal alterations to provide a 19 no. guest bedroom hotel with associated en-suite facilities together with ancillary staff accommodation at basement level; provision of 2 no. wheelchair accessible bedrooms at ground floor level; alterations to reception area including a new lobby and relocation of a universal access WC; provision of a new internal escape staircase and new external escape door; use of second floor as attic storage; omission of a previously permitted lift; and all associated site development works
