Project scope

Permission is sought to demolish the existing sheds to the north (228.8sqm) of the site. Permission is sought for alterations to raise the existing ridge height from 4.52m to 6.08m to allow for a mezzanine sung room (25.9sqm), to all window & door openings and install external insulation on the existing dwelling. Permission to construct a single storey extension (184.1sqm) to the side (north) of the existing dwelling, consisting of 4no. bedrooms, bathroom, utility and plant room. Permission is sought to construct a single storey domestic garage (50.7sqm) to the northwest of the site. Permission is also sought to decommission the existing septic tank and percolation area and install a secondary treatment system and soil polishing filter and all associated site works at the above address.
