Project scope

proposed modifications, alternations and partial demolition to existing Streete Parish Community Centre including extending the Centre with a new part two-storey, part single storey extension. The proposed ground floor extension will consist of new access stairs/ lifts, handball/badminton court, theatre hall, Plant room, medical room, Reception Area, community shop, associated storage areas, children’s play zones, coffee / meeting room / kitchen area, Multipurpose room, Bar extension, toilets and team and referee’s changing rooms with shower facilities. First floor extension will consist of new access stairs/ lifts, gym extension, new Resource Rooms, Storage, external Sauna / Steam Rooms with Changing areas, Internal / external new viewing gallery areas. External developments will include the Reconfiguration of the existing car parking layout including 7No. disabled and 11No. EV charging spaces, bicycle parking, bus parking and public lighting. Adjustment of existing walking track, New all-weather astro-turf pitch area with basketball area and proposed synthetic running track surrounded associated perimeter fencing and floodlighting. New external soft playground area with perimeter fencing, construction of New Men’s Shed, Women’s Shed with public toilets and Vintage Shed and section of new 2m high concrete block Boundary wall to the northeastern boundary. The installation of a proprietary wastewater treatment system, Ecoflo Coco filter and Gravel distribution percolation Area and all associated site development and ancillary works
