Project scope

development which will consist of: 1. Demolition works to existing shop building (32sqm) and removal of existing storage shed (68sqm). 2. Permission for Construction of single storey extension (505sqm) to existing service station building to cater for retail use with relocated off-licence & deli area. The existing service station will become ancillary to the new retail facility. 3. Permission for Reconfiguration of the internal floor layout of the existing building to provide retail area (492 sq.m), deli area (78sq.m), seating area (72sq.m), with ancillary off licence area (30sq.m). 4. Permission for alterations to existing shop frontage with associated signage. 5. All associated site works to include the following; Permission for the Installation of additional surface car parking spaces with 6 no. E charging spaces & surfacing with 3 no 200Kw charging units & power unit. Installation of new 13 no. additional car parking spaces, construction of single storey substation, installation of 4no. concrete bollards and all associated site signage
