Project scope

The development shall consist of demolitions, new extensions, and alterations to elevations to the existing hotel, and all associated site development works. The development will consist of: 1) the demolition of a) an existing two storey block to the rear of the hotel that includes toilets, bar storage and offices at ground level and derelict accommodation with ancillary storage at first floor level; b) an existing single storey toilet block to the side of the existing hotel adjoining the function room; and c) an existing escape stairwell to the rear of the hotel. 2): the construction of new extensions to the property to include i) a new single storey entrance and extended bar area to the front of the hotel; ii) a new single storey extension to the side of the hotel to include the enlargement of the existing function room and provision of new toilets with ancillary storage; and iii) a new single storey extension to the rear of the hotel to include a revised toilet layout, new stores, and provision of 5 no. en-suite bedrooms. 3) all associated internal and external alterations to the existing hotel including minor elevational alterations; 4): new external landscaping, terraces, and revision to the existing services layout; 5): new signage; and 6): all associated site development works
