Project scope

development which will consist of the construction of a residential development of 54 no. houses, comprising 7 no. single-storey, 3-bed detached units; 24 no. two-storey, 3-bed semi-detached units; 12 no. two-storey, 3-bed terraced units and 11 no. two-storey, 2-bed terraced units; 119 no. car parking spaces (97 no. in-curtilage spaces and 22 no. shared visitor spaces); bicycle parking; an ESB substation; refuse staging areas; landscaping; boundary treatment; public lighting and all ancillary site development works including removal of any existing foundations and structures, provisions for foul, surface water and potable water services and the upgrading of the R689 and Crann Ard junction to a signalised junction
