Project scope

a) Extension to the existing dwelling consisting of a stairs access into a storey and a half structure with open archway access at ground floor level and a plant room at first floor level. b) Foundations and sub floor for an agricultural use building and all associated site works and Permission is also being sought for the following agricultural development: a) Completion of the agricultural use building which will form a courtyard and contain the following accommodation; stables, store rooms, tack room, feed stores, machinery store & W/C. b) Outdoor Horse Arena. c) Horse Walker d) Dungstead and all associated site works
