Residential extension and alterations

Project scope

works to the existing single-storey, three-bedroom residential dwelling as follows: 1) the construction of a one-and-a-half-storey extension to the side, south-east-facing elevation; 2) the construction of a single-storey extension to the rear, north-east-facing elevation; and 3) alterations to all elevations, the reconfiguration of internal layouts, and the installation of rooflights. Other works as part of the development include decommissioning the existing wastewater treatment system and installing a new on-site EPA-compliant wastewater treatment system with a percolation area, soakaways, landscaping and all associated site works to facilitate development
