Project scope

development within the curtilage of a protected structure, protected structure reference S273. The development for which retention permission is sought consists of: (1) 2 no. small garden/storage sheds; (2) 1 no. greenhouse; (3) 1 no. small laundry/utility shed; (4) 1 no. detached garden home office pod; (5) 1 no. detached self-contained annex; (6) works to the existing farm building, including alterations to the roof structure, the installation of 5 no. rooflights, 5 no. windows at first-floor level, small internal works to the first floor and railings to the external staircase; (7) works to the existing front entrance gates; (8) works to the existing boundary stone wall; (9) works to the existing pyramidal structure; (10) a new railing between the front and rear areas of the site; (11) works to the existing walled garden, including the installation of new automatic gates; and (12) all associated site works
