alterations, as follows, to house design previously granted under planning reference 2560304: revised elevations including changes to window locations, size and designs, revised front door size and design, slight increase in footprint size of the link extension section and to revise the pitched roof to a flat roof over same, changes to the roof finishes to the existing eastern pitched roof section, small flat roof extension to the rear, together with all associated works
