Project scope

alterations, including providing (1) a raised pitched roof to provide for storage space (2) side-facing windows to the roof-space store, rear window to canteen and alterations to fenestration generally (3) a front single-storey extension, and (4) demolitions, already carried out to the pre-existing commercial structures on site and PERMISSION to decommission the existing septic tank on site and to provide a replacement EPA compliant waste-water treatment system to the existing commercial development on site
