Project scope

development comprising of: the refurbishment and alteration of an existing single storey dwelling to a dormer dwelling; including the renewal of the roof and reconstruction of the chimney stack incorporating new dormer windows on the north elevation; demolition of existing single storey extension on the north elevation and construction of two storey gable extension in its place; Alteration of existing window opes and positioning in north and south elevations; construction of a single storey extension to the rear of the dwelling; insertion of 4 no. velux windows in south roof elevation; installation of a wastewater treatment system and associated percolation area, and all boundary treatments and ancillary works
