Project scope

the renovation and extension of existing dwelling to include removal of existing cottage roof and construction of a new roof with an increased height of 850 mm to accommodate a loft storage area, new windows to side gables, new entrance door and bathroom window to front elevation; to construct a one and half storey rear extension to accommodate a hallway, kitchen/dining area, and bedroom at ground floor level, two bedrooms and bathroom at first floor level; to replace existing septic tank with a new wastewater treatment system and percolation area
