raising the roof height of the existing single-storey gym and dressing room building to facilitate a new first-floor level. Internal reorganization of the existing ground floor gym area to provide for additional dressing room facilities, and modifications to showers and wc’s. The relocation of the existing gym room from the ground floor to the newly created first-floor level. Alterations to the external elevations including new windows, access door, external stairs and all associated site works. RETENTION PERMISSION for a single-storey modular container unit currently located on-site and used as a dedicated medical room
