change of use from Parochial Hall to commercial and residential use, as follows: 1 no. small commercial hairdressing unit at ground floor level, (19sq.m), 2 no. 2 bed apartments at ground floor level, (62 sq.m & 52 sq. m) and 2 no. two bed apartments at first floor level, (62 sq.m & 51 sq.m) with 2 no entrances on the gable ends to the first floor units - the works will include the conservation of the structure generally, including the repair of surviving original elements and all associated site works on and under land, including a connection to the public sewer and Irish water - no elevational changes are proposed as part of the works - the Parochial Hall is a recorded protected structure
