Project scope

development at protected structure consisting of works to (1) the main roof, (2) the external rear walls, (3) the front door, (4) the rear bay-window, (5) the internal non-structural remodelling of ground floor kitchen and back-kitchen areas as per the architects drawing, (6) the existing dilapidated first floor joists over garage (bedroom 2,3) to be repaired - made level where dropped and new wall plate installed to conservation appropriate detail and floor over unheated garage to be insulated between and under joists as per the architects drawings, (7) all existing internal electrical system to be carefully removed and replaced, (8) and existing internal plumbing to be removed and replaced
