Residential extension and alterations

Project scope

1) the extensive refurbishment of a single storey dwelling to include interior alterations, new roof structure and various alterations/upgrade works to the exterior facades of the building; 2) the construction of a two storey modern extension to the front, side and rear of the single storey dwelling; 3) the construction of a detached single storey domestic garage to the rear of the property; 4) the installation of a certified wastewater treatment system and a percolation area, to all appropriate standards; 5) the construction of a site entrance, driveway, parking areas, footpaths, drainage soak-pits, patio and hard landscaping areas; 6) the landscaping of the site consisting of new lawn areas, planting beds, trees and shrubbery, hedging, garden walls and all associated site works
