Project scope

1) retention permission for construction of single storey building comprising changing rooms and multipurpose community rooms, 2) retention permission for construction advanced waste water treatment system and percolation area, 3) retention permission for all associated site developments works. The development is situated adjacent to TRPS1725, a protected structure in the South Tipperary Development Plan 2022 – 2028 . These permissions are required as the planning permission ref 13/266 and extension 18601451 have expired
