Residential extension and alterations

Project scope

a) the alterations and demolitions already carried out to the pre-existing commercial structures on site. b) change-of-use of the remaining existing modified structures on site from commercial to residential. c) Planning permission for further alterations to the existing structures-on-site to provide for two front-facing, flat-roofed dormer windows, two front-facing roof-lights, three rear-facing roof-lights, raised site boundaries with adjoining detached bungalow and the omission of the existing (recently installed) NE-facing first floor gable window. d) Planning permission for a single-storey flat-roofed, side and front family room extension, including an open pergola to the same side. e) Planning permission to decommission the existing septic tank on site and to provide a replacement EPA compliant waste-water treatment system on site. f) Planning permission for the widening of the splay to the existing front vehicular entrance
