Project scope

Area 3: Circa 285m², located at lower ground floor (Level -1) on the north-west elevation, above the existing service areas, comprising 6 bedrooms with associated access and circulation space. Area 3.1: Circa 192.75m². located on the lower ground floor (Level -1) along the north-west elevation, above the existing golf shop and changing rooms, it is proposed to change the use of this area to provide 7 bedrooms, along with associated access and circulation space. Area 4: Circa 4.50m², located at the ground floor level, a proposed accessible W.C. to the south-west elevation, and a proposed terrace area. With associated access and circulation space.
