Project scope

Permission for development consisting of the amalgamation of two existing warehouse units into a single warehouse unit, including demolition/removal of existing mezzanine floors, internal stairs and partitions, including office enclosure, toilet facilities and ceiling, construction of a new mezzanine floor including internal stair, minor modifications to the elevation to include a new customer entrance with associated signage behind the existing roller shutter doors, widening the existing roller shutter door opening, external signage and associated lighting, a new fire escape door and all necessary enabling works.
