Project scope

The development will consist of (1) a change of use of the Peacock Lane Restaurant to a residential apartment; and (2) a reconfiguration of part of the internal layout of the Peacock Lane Public House. The upper floor and height of building which is approximately 9.2 m in height will not be altered.
