Project scope

the change of use of an existing industrial unit (formerly in use as a general industrial unit) to a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility, together with associated internal modifications and fit-out works to accommodate pharmaceutical manufacturing, processing, packaging, warehousing and ancillary site works and services. The proposed development is for the purposes of an activity requiring an Industrial Emissions Licence under the Environmental Protection Agency Acts 1992 to 2011, as amended. The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is the licensing authority for the proposed activity
