Project scope

Permission for the development which will consist of: i. Minor adjustments to existing Novo Nordisk substation building to include, gas storage enclosure (area 1.8 sqm), façade alterations, replacement access doors, and adjustments to roof membrane and parapet cladding. ii. Decommissioning and removal of 2 no. existing 38kV transformers (identified as T41 and T42), with transformer height of c. 4.0m. iii. Installation of 1 no. new 38kV transformer (height of c. 4.3m) with associated bunded area and c. 5.0m fire wall, at the existing electrical equipment yard. iv. Construction of adjoining electrical equipment yard with an area of c. 352sq.m, and installation of 1 no. 38kV transformer (height of c. 4.3m) (c. 21.28 sq.m) with associated bunded area and c. 5.0m fire wall. v. All associated infrastructure including provision of security fencing and gates with a maximum height of c. 2.5m at electrical equipment yards, site drainage, utility connections, and all ancillary site and development works at
