Residential extension and alterations

Project scope

an extension and alterations/full renovations to an existing derelict dwelling house consisting of the following; removal of the existing chimneys, replacement of the existing roof, removal of the existing front porch and the construction of a new front porch, removal of the existing windows/doors and replacement of same within revised openings, removal of the south and west walls of the existing dwelling and replacement of same with new openings, construction of a rear/south extension containing Kitchen/Dining Area, Bedroom, Shower Room and Ensuite. Permission is also being sought for a new domestic garage/storage shed, new treatment system and percolation area, new site entrance and all associated site works
