Residential extension and alterations

Project scope

a) Partial demolition of a derelict structure and outbuildings. b) Construction of foundations and sub floor for the refurbishment and extension to the existing derelict structure. c) Alterations to the existing outbuilding incorporating new concrete floor and new roof. Permission is also being sought for the following: a) Completion of the refurbishment including an extension and alterations to the existing derelict structure consisting of the construction of a 3 bedroomed dwelling house. b) New Septic tank and percolation area. c) Upgrades to the existing site entrance and all associated Siteworks
