Project scope

•The removal of the existing external storage containers and the construction of a new extension to the side of the existing service station with minor internal alterations, •Alterations to the existing elevations including the erection of a new cladding façade with new signage, •An extension of the existing canopy to join the existing building, •The installation of a new sliding gate/barrier, •Reconfiguration of the traffic flow to create a one-way system, •Provision of new pedestrian access routes through the site and all associated site works
