Project scope

A) as constructed foundations, subfloor and blockwork to wall plate level for single storey extension to side of existing two storey dwelling B) Reroofing of existing sheds following storm damage, Wall plate level and roof level were raised C) Rebuilding of shed wall following storm damage with new openings formed D) as constructed foundation, subfloor and blockwork for new plant room extension to existing sheds E) demolition of the remaining rubble walls of two sheds following storm damage. Planning Permission is sought to A) complete the single storey extension to side of existing two storey dwelling B) modifications to the internal layout of the existing dwelling C) Convert part of the existing sheds into a home office and home gym D) complete the plant room extension to the existing sheds, amend site boundaries and all associated site work
