Project scope

the construction of a new single-storey extension to the Goods-In Warehouse to the front (southern) elevation of the existing building, the demolition of existing office accommodation and construction of replacement offices along the new front elevation, the extension of the existing car park to provide 34 additional parking spaces, and the incorporation and reconfiguration of an area of existing public amenity land to the south-west, including the relocation of the footpath, seating, and trees, together with landscaping and all associated site development works. The works are proposed on a site designated as a Seveso III Lower Tier establishment and licensed by the EPA (Licence No. L2706-02)
