Project scope

the demolition of a stone shed structure and sections of the existing stone boundary wall along Pound Street; demolitions, alterations, and elevation changes to the existing building; the construction of a single storey extension connected to the existing school building; provision of a new pedestrian entrance and new service access gates within the existing stone boundary wall on Pound Street, connections to existing services and all associated site works to complete the development. The proposed development will consist of works to a protected structure OCC RPS No. 49-321 and NIAH Reg. No. 14819291
