Change of use and conversion

Project scope

(1) demolition of 2 no. existing agricultural farm buildings; (2) change of use of 2 no. stone outbuildings into 2 no.1-bed self catering tourist accommodation cottages, (3) change of use of a disused agricultural building to accommodate plant, laundry, amenity building and private workshop & storage (4) Change of use of a disused agricultural building into a Sauna & Changing Places Accessible toilet (5) Change of use of disused agricultural building to bike shed (6) relocation of existing farm entrance to provide entrance for tourist accommodation cottages; (7) car-parking; (8) new wastewater treatment system & percolation area; (9) soakaways and (10) all associated refurbishment, landscaping and all ancillary site works.
