permission for alterations & extensions to an existing single-story dwelling comprising of the following:1_Demolish existing domestic garage and construct single-storey extensions to the side and rear of the dwelling 2_Construct new entrance porch to front elevation 3_ Alterations of existing dwelling to include facade treatments to include openings & finishes. 4_Construct a single-storey domestic garage and covered walkway 5_Installation of a new wastewater treatment system and percolation area 6_Ancillary internal & external refurbishments together with all associated site works
